We can’t wait to celebrate with you in the Azores!

The wedding will take place on the island of São Miguel, in Ponta Delgada (Azores, Portugal). You can fly directly from Lisbon, Porto, or other major European hubs. Airlines such as TAP Air Portugal, SATA (Azores Airlines), and Ryanair offer regular flights to Ponta Delgada’s João Paulo II Airport (PDL).

We want you to feel comfortable and stylish, so we suggest semi-formal attire. Think cocktail dresses for the ladies and suits or dress shirts with slacks for the gentlemen.

Weather

The Azores have mild, temperate weather. It can be a bit unpredictable, so consider bringing a light jacket or shawl, especially for the evening. Check the forecast before you pack!

Accommodations

There are plenty of hotels and guesthouses in Ponta Delgada and nearby areas. We recommend booking early to get the best rates. Some popular options include Hotel Marina Atlântico, Casa do Mercado, and Airbnb rentals.

Local Tips

Take some time to explore the island! São Miguel is known for its stunning landscapes, hot springs, and tea plantations. Don’t miss the chance to visit Sete Cidades or Furnas if you have extra time. And if you plan on soaking in the natural thermal waters at Furnas, be sure to pack your swimwear!

19:00 – Opening ceremony of the Santo Cristo Festivities, street processions, and local food stalls.

14:00 – Our Wedding Ceremony at Igreja Evangélica Presbiteriana.
16:00 – Dinner & Party at Restaurante Q'énosso.

10:00 – Local markets and street fairs open.
14:00 – Frunas hot springs relaxation day.

10:00 – Whale watching tour.
